I will sell a habitat of 74 macaws in the heart of the Hutsul region, in the Carpathians, in the village of Verhnyj Jaseniv, consisting of three building plots.

The habitat is located 10 minutes along the path from the village center with shops and a church, several kilometers from the capital of the Hutsul region - Verhovyna (formerly Żabie), 120 km from Ivanofrankivsk (formerly Stanisławów), 120 km from Chernivtsi, 60 km from Kołomyja. 10 -15 minutes on foot from the asphalt road, access to the house by off-road car in summer in dry weather. In winter by quad bike or sleigh. Possibility of renting a car or truck - to bring the necessary things. Preliminary works on the construction of a road directly to the plot have been started, investment is required to complete it.

A place with great potential, ideal for a tourist hostel, a small hotel, agritourism. Two plots of about 25 ares are undeveloped, on one source.

In addition, on the plot there is another house with a similar area, with a porch, made of logs, brought from the mountains and built on the plot for the purpose of a tourist hostel, on the tourist route to Pisany Kamień (1.5 hours). The house is historic, from the late 19th century, extended in the 1920s, in excellent condition. Two rooms and a corridor. The following have been reconstructed: a clay bread oven with an open hearth and a stove, and a second one, also made of clay, with a covered hearth and a stove. The house has a porch with a beautiful view of the valley, it is covered with the so-called dranka (unique!) i.e. a plank (not a shingle) cleaved.
On the plot, there is also an earth cellar and a woodshed with a small chicken coop.
Unique old varieties of apple trees, a walnut tree by the porch of a residential house. Behind the fence there is a forest - mushrooms, blackberries, wild strawberries.
